A Missionary Journey to...

By the time you receive this, Rope will be in the last stages of preparation for his missino trip to Africa. He's headed to Uganda for three weeks, with a group from Phoenix called Athletes International. They also recently honored him as one of seven athletes of the year for 2001. He's obviously looking forward to the trip, and is eager to see what God might do. The Lord has already "shown up" concerning this trip, completely meeting the financial need of this mission, through many of you. Thank you for your generous gifts - we look forward to sharing much of the news from the trip with you.

Not sure on the timetable for the new album - I've been writing, writing, writing - more on that another time!

Rope and I were both ordained into ministry on August 4, at Trinity Fellowship in Sayre, Oklahoma. It was a beautiful and moving day, and we are so honored to be a part of the family there.

We love you all and are so thankful for faithful partners like you. We look forward to catching up with you down the trail. Until then, be encouraged and continue walking with Jesus!
