From the very beginning, this song IS country! The way that the fiddle starts out and then hangs on that note for a moment creates anticipation. It is kind of like being at the top of a roller coaster right before the plunge! OK, so the instrumentation is great! The lyrics are catchy and smooth. If you are a boot and jean wearer, you will love the lyrics. This song is perfect for Candice and she is perfect for this song. She does an awesome job on this first release from her new project called Straight and Narrow. The only problem with this project is that every song on it is radio worthy and she could have released any of them. What that means for you radio guys, more great songs are on the way from Candice Myers!
